Teddy

Teddy is Aliya's animal companion, who sometimes accompanies her on escort quests or in battles. Rescued by Aliya a year ago after her mother was killed by the creatures when she was still a bear cub, Teddy is unwaveringly loyal to Aliya, though she'd never admit it. Thanks to Lyall's magic, Teddy's words can be understood by both Aliya and Lyall, and Teddy never fails to use this power to tell Aliya off for being overly touchy and reckless. Despite her grumpiness and prickly nature, Teddy shares a close bond with Aliya and would go to great lengths to protect her.
