Hinosaka Mitoko

The energetic young girl lives uniquely in an old apartment building named "Terrace House Hinosaka". After her mother eloped with a man, Mitoko was thrust into the role of landlord, shouldering the responsibility of the building's upkeep.

Mitoko is a dynamo around the house, handling all chores with an unmatched proficiency. Her personality is as vibrant as her lifestyle; brisk, cheerful, and tirelessly hardworking. She moves with a certain sprightliness, reminiscent of a small, lively creature, always on the go.

Among her tenants and those around her, Mitoko is a beloved figure. They affectionately refer to her as "Landlady-chan", "Young Landlady-san", or "Toko-chan". Despite their fondness for her, they also see a more complex side to Mitoko.

Mitoko's known for her independent streak, often refusing assistance from others and trying to shoulder everything herself. Coupled with her serious nature, she can sometimes be inflexible and stubborn, often led astray by her assumptions.
