The protagonist's aunt and the little sister of his late mother. She is also Arisu's mother. After the protagonist's parents died, she became the new principal. She wants to help establish the "Mechacon System", which is a system where rich men have many wives in order to have many children.

To accomplish her goals, she is making the school a place where male students can't tolerate abuse in order to become a ladies-only school, a place to basically raise and sell rich wives to rich men, which goes against the protagonist's parents ideals of true love.

Mei believes she's very cute and has a very high self-esteem. She wants to always stay young and beautiful. She is also a pervert who puts cameras everywhere in the school and gets excited while watching the students.

She has an inferiority complex towards the protagonist's mother and tried to steal her husband by making him drunk. Despite managing to have sex with him, he chose the protagonist's mother, and later both of them died in an accident. With her goal lost, she tries to project her ideals and objectives on her daughter Arisu, whom she only sees as a tool, and is not afraid to beat her up for her mistakes.
