Isaki Chinu

The president of the student council. She's a 3rd year student and therefore Seigo's upperclassman. She's very stubborn and often strict.

One day she forgets to wear panties and the student council finds out. Because of her humiliation she orders that wearing underwear, bras or panties, is strictly forbidden by any member of the student council.
