He's a half-ogre warrior. He is the captain of the "Crimson Scorpion" army. He is in charge of crushing any hostile organization as well as expanding the power of the "Red Scorpion" organization. He also sends soldiers as mercenaries to earn money.

He actively pursues Evangeline.
