Norose Gen'ichi

Previously to his current occupation he was a former doctor and at some point he awakened as a Gigalomaniac. As such, he has lived about double the years as a Gigalomaniac than the other characters. With a strong disgust and hate of the world, for the purpose of fullfing his utopia he didn't hesitate to torture and sacrifice other people for the greater good. While he bacame one of the pawns of the Committee of 300, his true purpose was to create Noah II in order to revolt against the Committee of 300 and use Noah II as a God that would grant true happiness to mankind.
