Hajime is the hero of our story and the student council president who liberated the students of Kenseikan Academy from the school's century-long ban on romantic relationships.

While all sounds very impressive, though—the truth is, his revolution was born from two very simple wishes... to get a girlfriend, and enjoy his life while at Kenseikan Academy.

In between laying the groundwork to convince the school board of this proposal, and rallying his peers around his cause, Hajime's unprecedented initiative and charisma captured the hearts of the student body and gained him widespread popularity.
