Kusakabe Yuuri

Yuuri's adult form when his fellow survivors jump through Oozaki's rift in pursuit. He is now taller than Nao and has mastered his Baroque powers to survive against constant pursuit by the Conglomerate's security forces.

His Baroque powers are similar to Nao's in his ability to absorb material to regenerate wounds and to manifest body armour for combat. Unlike Nao, he transforms his right hand into a large piledriver capable of offence and defence and generates tentacles from his back which he can use to ensnare his opponents. He lacks Nao's versatility as the basis for his powers is fundamentally different from Nao's despite the similarities in function.

In addition to his fellow survivors, he transmits the Baroque virus to Ozaki directly as a mark of his trust after liberation from Conglomerate experimentation.

His sole wish to see his fellow survivors (particularly Nao) again helps him survive his ordeal under the Conglomerate. He prizes Nao's safety and happiness above all else, even above the world and humanity's survival. Although older and taller than his fellow survivors after they made it to New Akatsuki a decade later he still refer to them in the same manner he did when he was still a child.

He has no qualms about killing humans who are a threat to him and his fellow survivors. Betrayals do not sit lightly with him and his hostility at the discovery of Sekigawa and Ozaki's true natures is strong enough to compel him to kill them if they were to use his fellow survivors for their own ends.
