Easily the strongest wielder of superhuman powers in this series, he envies the versatility of his subordinates despite his potential being sufficient to destroy the world if not kept in check. Training combined with an iron will allows him to erase opponents from existence by molecular destruction or to neutralise targets by rendering them unconscious.
His brave albeit futile attack against the intergalactic Gestalt motivates his surviving subordinates to fight for the survival of others even at the cost of their lives, which is coincidentally the condition imposed by Nara to separate those turned into "rejects" from the survivors allowed to retain their humanity.
