Kitadate Yura

Yura was Keisuke's wife, is Mashiro's mother and Mitsuru's sister-in-law. She comes from a difficult, strict and violent family: her father would come home late at night to beat her mother who forgot her problems with alcoholism. Her life was all stress and Yura had no trusted friends to live with.

One day as she forgot her life by walking outside, a man who looked at her with concern asked her what was wrong and she confided in this perfect stranger. The stranger then put her in his truck and showed her for a week the most beautiful landscapes he knew, telling her that she had to keep hope. That's how she met Keisuke.

When Keisuke died, Yura was now alone with a newborn baby. She really didn't expect her younger brother-in-law to come and give her back the desire to live, as Keisuke had done for her before.
