In Shin Nozokima:
He is trying to stop being a voyeur, but when he finds that residence where he started living is full of holes and that the residents there have a lot of secrets, he can't keep his instincts back.

In Shin Nozokima 2:
He still lives in the same place, but it's now a residence for students and teachers. His body is starting to feel weird.
