Tamaki Haruya

Haruya is the first student to approach Yukito and Miyuki. He is quite eccentric, bad student because he spends his time drying classes and he teases Miyuki ( just for fun ) quite often. In return, he is pretty teased by other girls, who puts him in funny states.

He is frightened by the president of the student council and the council in general, saying that all are heartless men.

He is a friend who can be counted on, ready to help at any time.

In reality, he is the Vice President of the student council president and is often punished ( physically ) by Shizuka because he is too often absent to perform his duty.
