Takaoka Mifusa

Neighbor of the main character. Koume's mother. She is in her late thirties.

President of the PTA (Parents and Teachers Association) of the private Dohamari Academy. She is a stiff intellectual with an unapproachable cool atmosphere.

However, she has huge breasts that do not match her personality, and she has many hidden admirers among the PTA members.

She is very modest and has never been with a man other than her husband. However, she and her husband have had a strained relationship for many years. She is sexless and frustrated.
