Risa is the head of the disciplinary committee and a part of The Hakuo Three Amiga with Izumi and Miki. Risa speaks rather boyish and likes to cause trouble for fun, which is ironic since she is the head of the disciplinary committee at Hakuo Academy. Her family lives in a giant Shinto shrine, and she often helps out there.
