Miki Manahime

The protagonist of this story. Currently homeroom teacher for Class 2B, but plans to resign if assigned to teach third-year students.

Her grandfather is a local power broker, her father a heavyweight on the Board of Education, and numerous relatives are assembly members.

Due to her overwhelmingly powerful family lineage, no one, including the principal, dares defy her. Beyond her lazy and uncouth personality, she is truly gifted and beautiful. But she hates her own name.
