Touma Rurika

A nurse who admires the head nurse and is hostile towards men. She is strong-willed and has a harsh attitude towards the main character.

She is a typical tsundere, and at first she takes the place of the head nurse to help her. She reluctantly has a relationship with the main character, but as they get closer, she becomes possessive.

She is a spoiled brat who clings to him at every turn. At first she appears to have a sadistic personality, but deep down she is a masochist and easily gets rope-sick.

Although she lacks knowledge, she is interested in sex, and although she is timid, she becomes deeply addicted to the world of pleasure.

Born on a southern island, she has healthy brown skin. Although she is the "smallest" in the clinic, she still has huge breasts that befit her physique.

Spoiler

Director Kashima takes her and the other nurses on his trip abroad. She returns mid story in the sequel, angry that she isn't receiving the protagonist's love.
