One of the maids of Baron von Rondman's mansion, in which the protagonist works as a migrant. A girl with a pure and innocent personality who still has some childishness left in her. However, she is strong at heart and shows a tremendous amount of energy when she decides to do something. Although she is a bit of a naughty girl and makes many mistakes, she is always optimistic and tries her best, which makes her hard to hate.

Her favorite saying is, "Uuu, Palette won't be discouraged by this."
