Hugo

The playful and mysterious director of the Revue moving amusement park.
He's soft and kind and gentlemanly and treats everybody equally despite their status.
But it's hard to tell what he's thinking or what his true emotions are.
When it comes to a certain subject he can get very stubborn and refuse to take yes or no as an answer.
When he learns the protagonist is a witch he asks for her help in releasing the Revue.
