Shiinoha Chihaya

A shrine maiden of the Shiinoha family, a long-standing lineage of Shinto priests whose history predates the founding of the Empire by Himi-no-Mikoto. She is also a distant ancestor of Shiinoha Kotone.
She was once caught up in an incident while the capital guards were pursuing a fugitive, and was rescued by Mitsurugi, the hero who saved the nation.
Through this connection, she became Mitsurugi’s personal shrine maiden.
Cheerful and optimistic by nature, she was later recognized by Himi-no-Mikoto and appointed as the first Exalt-Priestess. Together with Mitsurugi, she faced the great crisis that threatened the Empire.
