The student council president. He's a flamboyant, perverted narcissist who wants to stand out. Taking advantage of his charisma and beauty, he is also involved in performing arts activities under the stage name "Mugendou."

He's always aloof and terrifyingly intelligent; a genius who uses those around him. He dotes on his younger brother Mika, and is saddened by him treating him like a horrible person. He frequently bothers Sakuya by ignoring student council work.
