"Oi, Teuta. I'm going shopping but do you wanna come? I'm going to go buy that chicken you love."

Teuta's deceased older brother, he was 22 at the time. He had a strong sense of justice and dreamed of becoming a police officer. Though he graduated from the police academy with excellent marks, the reality of the force was far from his ideals. As such, he temporarily left after having witnessed his colleagues' deaths, taking on brutal cases and being made to overlook corruption. He fell into a lifestyle of alcoholism and drug addiction, which led to him getting caught in a gang war and dying.
