Although Kokoha calls herself Touka's childhood friend she's more like her abuser. From an early age she teased and harassed Touka even going so far as taking her virginity with a toy when they were young. As Magical Girl Tear Heart she's lazy, uncaring and selfish. She blackmails Touka to become Magical Joshi Daisei Christea to collect S Energy for her to power her spells. Although she promises to wipe everyone's memories of the embarrassing things she forces her to do she never does. Instead she forces her to do increasingly embarrassing things in order to make Touka into her obedient pet.
