Noa

The landlady of the Hisekisou apartment complex and a pastor. She appears to be a small kid but her real age is unknown. She is often treated like a child, but she occasionally says things with deep insight. She doesn't require rent or a security deposit (although electricity, water, and heat bills need to be paid), but being baptized at the church and entering the religion is a requirement to move in. On Sundays she holds religious events and sermons at the church.
