Hisoka: Willem V. Rembrandt is the only Dragonkin who survived the war occurred long, long time ago.
He is also well-known as a former Headmaster of this academy and one of the culprits who stole my magic watch.
I was very upset, but something about him tells me he isn't a bad guy...
That is why his late behavior is something I question about.
