The emperor of the "Varadis" empire, where the protagonist was somehow sent to.
He's a magic user, which was a rare occurrence in Varadis' past emperors.
Bard is both the protagonist's guardian and fiancé (tentative).

Since "lost people" from the parallel universe have a high likelihood of possessing some kind of magical power, he tries to have sex with the protagonist in order to procreate a powerful child.
