Tsukuyomi

A mysterious man who lives in Naraku, the lowest level of Yomi.
He makes prosthetic limbs for those who have lost body parts due to Haku, moreover he's drawing a giant mandala using Shou as paint.
He is also the protector of the White on Tennyo Island and Olympia thinks of him as her only family.

In "Catharsis" he spends his days peacefully painting, as with the completion of a cure for Haku, requests for his prosthetic limbs have decreased. He refuses to get involved with white-haired Nathanael.
