Kanan

Young leader of the Orange.
He is the general manager of the newspaper that supplies information to the whole island. He collects and writes it himself.
He also manages the Ebisurou where he displays interesting driftwood and other flotsam.
Kaina is his older twin brother.

In "Catharsis" he has a tattoo on his face because he served time in prison for defaming Tokisada. Even after his return, he continues to serve as the leader of the Orange, the manager of Ebisurou, and the general manager of the newspaper.
