Advisor to the Emperor. Also a diviner that tell-fortunes, conducts rituals and oversees religious services. He is loyal to the Emperor; he joins the quest to the Underworld to save the princess by the Emperor's command.

Born with a handsome face; always cool, calm and collected.
However, he only opens up to Ruin, a she-fox shiki-gami.
