Kuze Kouji

Operations Director for the kidnapping case.

Whenever he gets overly flustered, excited, or panicked, he slips into a childish register, prone to babbling and pitching his voice.

Kuze has a brother (Monday), six years his senior, who despite being nominally mature refuses to get a real job and shows no inclination to settle down with a family. Kuze has been worrying about his shiftless brother for years now; the guy's become a chronic source of consternation.
