Gern

Gern is the king of the Val Fasq race and one of the oldest Val Fasq. He sounds like an elder experienced in age, and his speech uses sophisticated language. He is extremely arrogant, believing all criticism or protest to be the protests of dogs who have not yet learned to respect their betters.

He thinks that Val Fasq who act in an improper manner (such as caring about others) are literally "garbage" to be thrown away, and that Val Fasq who are defeated are not true Val Fasq.
