Kikuchi Kumiko

An Art teacher.
When Kumiko was a student, she dyed her hair with various colors, and ended up looking as colorful as a parrot. Due to her job as a teacher, she is not allowed to dye her hair, so she's frustrated because of that. At least she gets to keep her room decorated with lots of creepy objects.
