The alleged "life of the party" at Komachi High. The younger twin of the Onishi duo, Shizuyo knows absolutely everyone, a true social butterfly! She is easily excitable and can be a bit of an airhead at times.

Friendly and mischievous, Shizuyo tends to draw attention to herself. Emiri can be the one running the town but Shizuyo would like all to know that she runs the show!
