Hanamaru Mari

An innocent simpleton who suddenly transfers to the school. During her introduction on her first day, she unexpectedly confesses to the protagonist. Furthermore, she calls herself his childhood friend, but his memory of that is vague, so it's unclear whether that's true or not.

Moreover, she becomes a freeloader at the protagonist's house. Due to her parents transferring for work in the past, her communication skills are strong, so she's able to make friends, but it doesn't seem that she has any longtime friends who she keeps in contact with.

In any case, although the reason may be unclear, she is a single-minded girl who, due to liking the protagonist, will not be discouraged and often makes moves on him.
