Jordan Min

Jordan Min moved to North Idaho from South Korea when he was young, due to his parent's getting a job opportunity that they couldn't pass up.

Jordan is a college student participating in a bake sale when he meets Harvey Chapman. He's trying to prove to his father that he can become a successful baker when something happens that sets his progress back a little.

Later, Jordan opens up his own bakery, Sweet Treats, and moves into a new house with Harvey Chapman and their daughter, Candace. He runs the bakery, and later when Harvey starts teaching self-defense classes, he helps Harvey teach those as well.

His parents don't speak to him very often, but he talks to his older brother, Stephen, on the phone almost every day.
