Kaijaku Ranpei

A tall, lanky, fashionable, and mysterious man. As soon as he opens his bulging eyes wide, everyone around him is drawn to his charm. He seems to feel a strong connection to Tamamori's works. Feeling as though he had killed off "Yumeno Kyuusaku" the author, Tamamori is glad the writer is now active as a picture-book author named Kaijaku Ranpei.
