A merman who arrives on the land together with Princess Takorita to be her guard.
He often gets forgotten and doesn't look reliable, but he surprisingly shows great abilities when he needs to.

He can't speak while he's on the land, as he sacrifices his voice to get human legs. Hence, he uses body language to express his feelings.
