Tsuda Hiroko

Assistant purser (AP) on a cruise ship. She is a competent, but ordinary AP who is just performing her normal duties. She happens to learn the secrets and plans of the Planning Section 2, and is targeted as a means to keep her mouth shut. She is forced to be a part of the plan as it is, and he finds herself committing evil deeds with a guilty conscience.
