Segawa Yutarou

A member of the Tenryu-gumi yakuza syndicate. The Tenryu-gumi operates a lending firm called Takarada Financing, and he's been tasked with collecting outstanding debts alongside Asao Ozu. They've already collected from one client today.

Segawa is the archetypical punk who likes to get into scuffles, but he's also a really good cook. He's unbeatable in street fights, earning him the nickname "the Crazy Tiger of Shibuya." Back in his boxing days, however, Segawa was so tough people called him "the Dogfighter of Shibuya." One day, as he was walking along, he happened to step onto a strange panel that made him fall into a state of confusion and go on a rampage. He was quickly arrested, and his boxing license was revoked.
