Onodera Takuto

Nachi's boss, who graduated from university with excellent grades and has been employed at the Tokyo branch of Kirishima Heavy Industries. Although still young, he is a successful businessman who is the head of the Quality Control Department. He has an intuitive ability to recognize latent talent in others. He spots Nachi, who had just joined the company and is brimming with talent, and begins to favor him.

He is the grandson of Hayato Kirishima, the current CEO of Kirishima Heavy Industries, a global company. He is the third son of Onodera Takumi and Kirishima Mizuki. He is a super thoroughbred with a direct Kirishima bloodline, but due to his parents' policy and Takuto's own will, he joined the company on the basis of his ability alone, without the help of his familial connections.
