Hatami Kuu

Kuu is the operator of the Patvessel. She was originally known as a genius in the Metropolitan Police Department, but was transferred by Hikari to serve in the Aozora Police Department. She often reveals other people's little secrets to embarrass them, and shoots Junsaku with a toy gun when he has erotic delusions. Every time the Aozora Department does something ridiculous, she declares "this is a fiction."
