Kaitou Roll

Phantom Thief Roll is a wanted criminal in the city. She was known for her exaggerated laugh and even wrote onomatopoeia in her crime warning letters. However, the citizens love her and hate the Aozora Police who are hunting her down. Even though she looks exactly like a laundry clerk, she can disguise herself as many different people and imitate their voices.
