His official name is God Hibie. He’s one of the deities worshipped at the shrine in the recess of the mountains, where the Hakuseki clan used to live. His role is to “break ties.” Contrary to Hibina, he has a calm and gentle personality. He trusts and cherishes Hibina, but not as much as Hibina treasures him.
