Ted: Lars is one of the transfer students that came to the academy around the same time as me, and he has a twin.
Lars is the older of the two.
He's well-known throughout the world for remodeling magical tools.
There are all of these parts and machinery I've never seen before lying around his room.

He's always energetic and bubbly, although he immediately falls asleep from boredom if he's not interested in what you have to say...
He has a lot of friends, and the teachers are well aware of his presence.

He loves his younger twin brother Clive, and they usually spend their time together.
They must get along pretty well.
