One of the most popular girls at North Shore High. When her grandfather died, she was set to receive an inheritance of 3 million dollars, but only if she attends Yale. This puts her in opposition to the protagonist, who she appears to have a history with.

The truth is that Regina and the protagonist were both friends when they were 12 years old and they both competed against each other in a beauty pageant where the protagonist sabotaged her live singing performance.
