Skylar Selund

Skylar is a half-elf, born to a wealthy elven mother and merchant human father. Half-elves are not particularly common in Gha’alia, and not looking the part kept Skylar from smoothly falling in line. Instead, Skylar prowls the upper echelons of Gha’alia’s wealthy; a small little subculture of powerful pariahs failing or rebelling against Gha’alian status quo, bolstered by their financial means, or their woeful necessity. She seems a perky, bright-eyed young woman; but she is keenly aware of what subtle things go on around her, and most certainly up to an agenda of her own.(from official website)
