Pamela is the second wife of the former Emperor of Helman, who she married in the year GI1001. She used to be the daughter of an important noble family and she married the emperor after his first wife died at the young age of 19. Four years later she gave birth to the emperor's second child, Sheila Helman.

Thanks to the prime minister Stessel Romanov, and the exile of her main obstacle Patton Misnarge to the throne, Sheila was able to claim the throne and become the empress after the emperor died in his sickbed. As the mother of the Empress, Pamela's political power is tremendous. Unknown to everybody, she's secretly Stessel's lover and Sheila is actually his daughter rather than the emperor's. Pamela is blindly in love with Stessel but she's only a tool for him to achieve his goals.
