Stessel Romanov

Stessel Ignon, better known by his alias Stessel Romanov, is the Prime Minister of the Helman Empire in the years leading up to its eventual shift to Democracy. An exceptionally cruel and villainous man, his actions as Prime Minister resulted in the already declining Helman to fall even deeper into destitution and corruption.
