Shoufuku Anju

The landlord of the apartment building where Akira and Hazuki live. She is soft-spoken and has a calm personality, but is a bit fussy about money.

She says, "If you live in Shoufuku-sou, you're like family to me." She takes pride in being the landlord and takes care of the residents, preparing their meals and even doing their laundry.
