Ougi Koharu

Koharu is a feral girl who loves eating and gathering food. Kasumi is an old friend of Koharu and when the other girl is around her, Koharu becomes very tame. She refers to Kasumi as "Her Excellency". Although she can be wild at times, she is pure-hearted and works hard as a member of the school's Disciplinary Committee.
