It is rumored that she's the top candidate for the next department head, due to her numerous achievements within the operations department. She is a calm and collected perfectionist who seeks solutions that are both smart and efficient.

Known for disliking idiots, she doesn't go easy on reprimanding them, especially to those who repeat the same mistakes.

Because of that, their newly transferred Murakami naturally became a target for her. However, seeing Murakami not get discouraged with her scoldings and eventually fulfill his duties, she has started to acknowledge him little by little.
